Environmental engineering technologists and technicians help develop, plan, and implement solutions to environmental problems. They may work in a variety of settings, including state or government agencies (e.g., EPA), consulting firms, research organizations, and manufacturing facilities.   • Travelling to remote locations in response to natural hazards.
