Loading and moving machine operators in underground mining are responsible for ensuring that materials are extracted and transported efficiently and safely. The work of a loading and moving machine operator in underground mining can be physically demanding and often involves working in confined spaces. These professionals require a moderate background in the geosciences and do such work as:
