Geothermal Production Managers

A Geothermal Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of geothermal energy production, from well design and drilling to power plant operations and maintenance. They require an extensive background in both the geosciences and engineering to perform duties such as:

  • Monitoring and analyzing geothermal resource data to determine the most efficient and cost-effective way to extract energy.

  • Supervising drilling crews and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.

  • Overseeing the installation and maintenance of geothermal power plants, including pipelines, pumps, and other equipment.

  • Working with engineers and scientists to troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.

  • Collaborating with regulatory agencies and local communities to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
